Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026, these Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeniorResort.club website and services offered by SeniorResort.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any feature of SeniorResort, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Services are offered to individuals aged 50 and above in pursuit of health-focused senior resort experiences.

3. Service Offerings

SeniorResort provides health consultations, guided retreats, nutrition workshops, and fitness classes.

4. Digital Publications

SeniorResort makes available e-guides, video modules, and other informational material related to senior wellness.

5. Physical Merchandise

Available items include branded apparel, fitness accessories, and wellness journals.

6. Booking and Fees

All fees must be settled at the time of reservation or purchase. SeniorResort accepts major payment methods. Confirmation is sent via email.

7. Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for full reimbursement of fees, credited to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Cancellations between 7 and 29 days incur a 50% administrative charge, with the remaining fee credited. Cancellations fewer than 7 days prior are non-reimbursable due to advanced arrangements with service providers. However, you may request to transfer your booking to an alternative date or another participant, subject to availability and prior approval by SeniorResort.

7.2 Digital Publications

Digital products may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for full reimbursement of fees, credited to the original payment method. To protect intellectual property, partial downloads or access beyond 10% of content void eligibility for reimbursement.

7.3 Physical Merchandise

Merchandise sent back must be in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, fees for sent back items will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

8. No Reimbursement Cases

Certain offerings such as personalized meal planning and private coaching sessions require dedicated resources and are therefore explicitly non-reimbursable. SeniorResort commits to delivering high-quality service and will attempt to accommodate rescheduling requests for these cases when notified at least 14 days in advance.

10. Amendments

SeniorResort reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on SeniorResort.club with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
